7. Are you a perfectionist who has been analyzing everything to it's finest detail and not taking any action? Stop that, You don't have to do everything to it's perfection. We should allow room for mistakes.

It's through Mistakes that we can learn to rectify by focusing and testing. Focus like crazy on a given area of your site for a given duration say at least six to twelve months.

Learn all you possibly can about your target area of focus, more important what your targeted potential customers want and what they need or what they want solved or fulfilled.
